INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
- Beat eggs and sugar for 10 minutes. Add vanilla and fold in flour.
- Bake 13-15 minutes; cool 10 minutes.
- Turn out onto a powdered sugar-coated towel. Let cool completely.
- Completely unroll and fill with favorite filling.
- Re-roll and chill.
- Cut into 1-inch slices and serve with whipped cream.
