SPONGE CAKE ROLL

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar for 10 minutes. Add vanilla and fold in flour.
  3. Bake 13-15 minutes; cool 10 minutes.
  4. Turn out onto a powdered sugar-coated towel. Let cool completely.
  5. Completely unroll and fill with favorite filling.
  6. Re-roll and chill.
  7. Cut into 1-inch slices and serve with whipped cream.
